Great food and great service

Terrible service. I ordered one souvlaki dinner and one gyros dinner. I got two souvlaki dinners instead. I ordered through UberEats but I called the restaurant because they’re the ones messing up, not Uber. Was told it’s out of their hands and to contact UberEats. That’s fine! But the restaurant said they sent out the gyros dinner to make it seem as though I was lying. Disgusting.

Just came back from Mr. Greek with the family, food was very good and good value for the money. The server and manager were very nice, and we will definitely be going back there again.

Good food and service. Had grilled calamari, lamb souvlaki, moussaka etc. Recommended.

Worst food ever...picked up the chicken souvalaki the texture of it was rubbery and uncooked but it looked like it was cooked all the way?!?!? Wasted $$ and just had the rice and potatoes for dinner..... :(

Love coming to this place. Always get served fast. Ladies are very nice and pleasant to chat with. Food is amazing! Great portion size, can never finish it 😁, always take home. Potatoes sauce and other dips are amazing!

Hosted a small birthday dinner for my daughter here last month. The service was amazing, the girls made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to refill our drinks and bring our food.

Food is good, we always enjoy the quality of the food and servings compared to other Greek places nearby. But the take-out prices are on the high side given these are about the same prices as eating in. If the prices were a little lower we'd come more often as it's great take-out. Food is plentiful, but the mixed or grilled vegetables do not provide much variety in the mix like it use to in past years. Would be great if they had a lower price point with smaller portions for those who don't need as much food. But this is not unique to this location but Mr.Greek in general.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time. It's the only place with great lamb dinners and salads for vegetarians like myself. The servers are very professional as well.

I ordered two grilled calamari. On the menu it states 4 pieces of calamari, the waitress brought the first order to my table and there were only three calamari. I asked her why is there only 3 pieces, she told me because these are bigger calamari and my second order should come soon after I finished my first. Never in my life have I went to a Greek restaurant and got lesser portions than stated on the menu! The size of their calamari are exactly the same as other Greek Restaurants!!!. So for Mr. Greek at 9301 Bathurst St in Richmond Hill, if this is how you run your business, this is the review for you to see!As always, I tipped the waitress because she was a nice enough person.FIRST AND LAST TIME FOR ME TO GO HERE! NEVER AGAIN!!!

As a Greek 100% I do not approve the food quality or portions for the price. Low grade street food in Greece. The old location in Richmond Hill in early 2000s was a 4 star. This franchise doesnt care about quality. Go to a local Israeli place for a better kebab and salad.

Don't bother, nothing like it's supposed to be. I ordered a Greek salad. There wasn't very much dressing if canola oil was called dressing. The lettuce was chopped into confetti and I'm not 6 years old. Olives were not Kalamata. Overall horrible. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to eat.

The service was great, the restaurant wasn't clean and tidy, the food was so dry. 2 stars only for the service...

My wife and I came here at 3pm on June 21 st for takeout, she ordered pork souvlaki dinner, I ordered gyro on a pitas and greek salad. When we got home to eat it her pork souvlaki tasted horrible, the rice did not have much flavor, and the gyro was dry and tasteless, will not be going back, I have had greek food before, that was good, but this place at Bathurst and Rutherford is just bad, and over priced

Absolutely love this location! The food is always fresh and delicious with great portion sizes. And the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Whether I dine in or take out, I’m never disappointed.

Wow! And I mean this in a bad way. This place is a joke. I never had food this bad. The souvlaki was like a goat chewed my food before they put it on the stick. The salad was, let's just say the " beyond salad version" lol. The tzatziki was toothpaste and you know what, it's not the Cooks fault or the staff. It's the manager. At least it's what the employees told me and I see it. She yells at them and tries to control everything. Let your staff work and do their job. I tried to tip and they told me that the manager doesn't let them keep the tips. This place is the worst. I would give it a zero but that was not even an option. I wanted to speak with the manager and I waited for 15 minutes. I wasn't going to wait longer so I left. Just avoid this place. You're welcome

How does this restaurant even pass themselves off as a place to eat ? Their food is inedible. Flavourless, overcooked slop. The meat was dry enough to be mistaken as a children's toy. No establishment should ever serve meat that has been cooked to death. Ever. Why on earth are restaurants preying on Richmond Hill?? I'm noticing a trend in the area. Either people are too dumb to notice, or they blindly accept their feed and throw their money away happily. Richmond Hill needs to wake up and stop accepting food establishments like this ! Tourist trap.

I like Greek food, but this location had very dry meets. Only chicken was good.

I love going to this restaurant simply because of the customer service. Generally, Greek food is adored simply for the taste fast food or authentic. This restaurant portrays the traditions of customer service and hospitality that the Greeks have shown us for decades. I would definitely recommend that you go and have a nice meal here.

This place serves the absolute WORST greek food I have EVER had. The falafel balls were FROZEN in the middle and dry as the dessert Our server forgot everything and made excuses The French fries were not fried in oil - they were dehydrated and turned into chips and then possibly fried again to add some oiliness since they were so dehydrated The lamb kebab was DRY (ya dry!) And tasted like cardboard with a sprinkling of dried oregano The patio was a mess and the remnants of some sort of renovation were scattered everywhere- we had to organize chairs for ourselves and wipe them down with napkins. We had to ask for cutlery more than once when the waitress would remember we existed.

The meals were very large and very tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Been at this location many times. I find it the best of all Mr. Greek's

My experience today was terrible! Took 1 hour and 45 minutes for the food to get delivered to my house. When we called the store asking where our food was, they had no idea. We wanted to cancel our order because it was taking so long, and they wouldn't because it was already out for delivery. We asked to talk to a manager and was denied, but they took our number for the manager to call us back and so far haven't heard from him. When the food came, it was disappointing. This is the second time we've ordered the pork and it has been pink inside. We had to cook it again at home to make it edible. We ordered fries and not only was our container half filled, the fries were not even cooked. My son who loves fries wouldn't even touch it. The Greek salad, which is the only reason I enjoy ordering this food, didn't come with salad dressing. I don't think I will be ordering from this location again.

They were amazing and so friendly. I accidentally left my wallet at home and they were kind enough to let me bring them the money on a later date. Absolutely fantastic food as well!

Another location where I am a regular and where we address each other by name. The franchise owner Farri (I hope I spelled your name right!) Makes sure that you enjoy your meal and if for any reason you don't, she'll always makes it right. Also... their hand cut fries are amazing with service that matches. Highly recommended location!

Honestly this is the best Mr. Greek I had ever had the pleasure of eating at! Would rate 10/10

Promised delivery by 7:20 It is now 7:45 and all the restaurant can say is "its on its way". Will never order from here again. EDIT: food showed up at 8:17, nearly an hour past the promised time.

We used to enjoy getting food from here but over the past year the quantity of food they give you has declined. Today we got our food burnt and when we called to complain the lady was rude and abrupt as if it was us that cooked it!! This isn't the type of quality of food or service I am interested in! There are many more restaurants in the area that I will be happy to choose from instead. Obviously Mr. Greek does not care about their customers! Horrible!

Disregard any negative reviews on here. This place is amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and food was absolutely delicious. It's my new go to place for a fresh, healthy meal. I've also eaten inside the restaurant and the place is extremely clean, beautiful decor and awesome service. You won't be disappointed!!!

Went to Mr.Greek on Bathurst and Rutherford with my family last week. I got the salmon dinner and was surprised at how good the portion size was. Overall we were all very pleased. Will be returing soon.

Enjoyed a Mother’s Day lunch with my beautiful family. Food is very delicious, staff friendly , service quick, prompt. I dined at this restaurant before and knew that we would have a good time on this special day as well and decided to come back. Will be visiting this restaurant more in the future.

The portions are generous, but the meat was dry and not very good. My wife and I didn't enjoy it all. The service was not very good either. We won't be going back.
